The anti-lock brake system (ABS) actuator pump may leak brake fluid on an internal circuit board, causing a short and risk of fire. Dealers will replace the ABS actuator free of charge to resolve the concern. In the interim, if you have an affected vehicle and the ABS warning light remains illuminated for more than ten seconds after engine start up, you are advised to not drive the vehicle and to park it outside away from structures.
