The Occupant Restraint Controller which manages operation of the vehicle's restraint system including the air bags and seat belt pretensioners which work to protect and secure occupants in an accident may have an issue with computer memory, causing the air bags and pretensioners to fail to deploy in an accident. This increases risk of occupant injury.

Recall repairs on your Ram truck must be performed by a Ram dealership. Fiat Chrysler notified known owners of affected vehicles beginning in July, 2019. If you did not receive a notification, but wish to check to see if your vehicle is included, please contact one of your local Ram dealerships. They will also check for any other incomplete recalls on your vehicle.
