This can occur when the brake light system fuse blows due to the loosening of the circuitry inside the high mounted center brake light assembly. If the brake lights are not functioning, other drivers may not be able to see the vehicle slowing or stopping and may cause a crash.

Recalls are unrelated to your warranty coverage. Any recalls that are issued for safety-related items on your vehicle will be repaired by the vehicle manufacturer at no cost to you.
