The Hydraulic Clutch Actuator (HCA) has an inner oil seal that can leak, resulting in oil accumulating where it does not belong. This can cause an electrical short creating a fire hazard.

Recall repairs on your Kia must be performed by a Kia dealership. Kia will notify known owners of affected vehicles beginning in June, 2018. If you do not receive a notification, but wish to check to see if your vehicle is included, please contact one of your local Kia dealerships.
