Suspension & Steering
The incorrect tire placard can cause the operator to exceed the vehicle's weight capacity, or inflate the tires to an incorrect pressure, affecting vehicle handling, which can increase the risk of a crash.
The tire placard on the drivers door opening may indicate improper tire and wheel sizes, inflation pressures, load capacity of the vehicle and lack information about the equipped spare tire. Dealers will replace the incorrect tire placard with a corrected one free of charge to resolve the concern.
Recall repairs on your Ram truck must be performed by a Ram dealership. Chrysler will notify known owners of affected vehicles beginning in November, 2017. If you do not receive a notification, but wish to check to see if your vehicle is included, please contact one of your local Ram dealerships. They will also check for any other incomplete recalls on your vehicle. For best results, be prepared to provide your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) to the service department consultant you speak with. The Chrysler recall number is T62.
