The fabric portion of the side curtain air bag may tear during deployment, resulting in ineffective protection of occupants in an accident. Dealers will replace the left and right side curtain air bags free of charge to resolve the concern.

Recall repairs on your Nissan must be performed by a Nissan dealership. Nissan will notify known owners of affected vehicles (a timetable of this notification is unavailable as of the time of this writing). Recalls are unrelated to your warranty coverage. Any recalls that are issued for safety-related items on your vehicle will be repaired by the vehicle manufacturer at no cost to you.
