Brakes
Insufficient brake fluid pressure may lengthen the distance needed to stop the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
The anti-lock brake system actuator may have a damaged o-ring that may result in a lack of brake fluid pressure control. This can result in extended stopping distances when braking, or erratic operation of the anti-lock brake system or vehicle dynamic control system. Dealers will inspect and replace the anti-lock brake system actuator as necessary free of charge to resolve the concern.
Recalls on your Nissan must be performed by a Nissan dealership. Nissan will begin notifying known owners of affected vehicles in June, 2016. If you do not receive a notification, but wish to check to see if your vehicle is included, please contact one of your local Nissan dealerships. They will also check for any other uncompleted recalls on your vehicle. For best results, be prepared to provide your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) to the service department consultant you speak with.
