Tires Have Sidewall Cracks

Recall Details

The original equipment tires, Hankook Ventus S1 noble2 model, may develop sidewall cracks and as a result leak air and fail. Dealers will replace the factory tires with tires of another brand free of charge to resolve the concern.

Our Quick Take

The Hankook Ventus S1 noble2 tires that were installed from the factory as original equipment tires on certain Genesis models may develop cracks in the sidewall. This can result in loss of air pressure in the tire, and can result in tire failure and loss of vehicle control.
