Suspension & Steering
Tires that are significantly over- or under-inflated may fail without warning, increasing the risk of a crash.
If the tires are not at the correct pressure while the vehicle is driven tire failure may result. These vehicles are being recalled because the spare tire may not have had the correct air pressure at the time of vehicle assembly. If the spare tire is used with the incorrect air pressure it could fail, increasing the risk of a crash. Dealers with check and adjust the air pressure in the spare tire to correct this concern.
Nissan will notifying owners of affected vehicles beginning May 3, 2013. If you are not notified and feel you should have been, please contact your local dealer. They may ask for your vehicle identification number (VIN), so please have it handy when you call.
