Hyundai found that a support bracket for the headliner could come loose when the side curtain airbags are deployed. In the event the side airbag is deployed, the bracket could come loose and cause injury to the occupants. Dealers will apply adhesive strips to the headliner to correct this concern.
The remedy for this recall is expected to be available in May 2013. There are no symptoms related to this recall. If you don't receive recall notification and you feel you should have, please contact your dealer. They may ask for your vehicle identification number (VIN), so please have it handy when you call.
