VEHICLE STALLING COULD INCREASE THE RISK OF A CRASH.
Due to software programing, while driving at slow speeds or when idling; or with 1/4 tank of fuel or less and the vehicle heading down hill, the engine may stall due to insufficient fuel supply. Vehicle stalling could increase the risk of a crash. Dealers will reprogram the fuel pump control module to correct this concern.
Nissan will notify owners of affected vehicles beginning mid March 2012. If you are experiencing engine stalling, or you don't receive notification and you feel you should have, please contact your dealer. It’s helpful to have your vehicle identification number (VIN) handy when you call.
