New battery installed recently, ever since then the wipers/washers are not working at all & radio will not shut off when I remove the key. HELP!!

You need the vehicle scanned using a bidirectional scanner. When a battery is changed without using a memory saver many odd things can happen. Most of the European vehicles need resets when electrical anomalies occur. Radios need access codes, wipes need reset to the zero/off position.
