When my vehicle is in drive and shut off the key can be pulled out and vehicle will roll. This is unsafe So if you do not have it in park the key can be taken out when in drive what's wrong When the vehicle is shut off instead of being in park and removing the key the key can be removed in drive and vehicle rolls like it is in neutral.
