Hello, your vehicle is 5 years old and I'm not sure how many miles you have, but it doesn't sound like you are underneath any kind of factory warranty still - so I am not sure how the NHTSA figures in (NTSB is not the agency that applies to vehicle breakdowns, and safety). And, your vehicle is simply in need of diagnostic testing by a shop near you who has the proper facilities and equipment and trained technicians to work on your vehicle. This isn't terribly complicated, but I can see that "dealers" haven't been helpful. I cannot provide much advice about the faults you are sharing, other than to say that a transmission code won't be related to any kind of vacuum hose concern and that your engine performance is still seeming to be an issue as well.
