What is your question?

Transmission is acting wear and only stay in 4th gear at 30-35mph don't change to other gears or seep up, not even if I do it manually any suggestions.

Hello David, First scan for codes. If you have pending codes they will show up. Then, if you have no codes (would be a surprise) the next step is to get it into a diagnostic scanner to find out what tells it to stay in 4th. If there are codes, let me know what they are, please.
