Hello, The system is not particularly serviceable, but there are a couple things to try before having the dealer reflash with updates. Pull the fuse, wait a few moments, and re-insert the fuse. Do this with vehicle off. If that helps none, the unit will need to come out, and the fiber connection should be inspected. Also, in the side of the cargo area, remove the left panel, and see if there are traces of water. That is where all the goodies for the radio, changer, telephone, etc.. are located.
