the ignition key won't turn

Any time the key will not turn in the ignition, check to ensure your vehicle shift lever is securely in the "Park" position. Ensure the steering wheel is not at high tension against the steering lock by moving it a little bit from it's locked position while trying to turn the key. Beyond that, you may need to get some help locally.
