What do these codes mean and how do I fix this?

Hello, you need a bit more specific information from a technician near you to pin point what is being requested for your smog test. "EVAP" would mean evaporative emissions system, which may have a "diagnostic monitor" that needs to be set. Same with the "SEC AIR" system; could need more driving. Diagnostic monitors are on-board computer functions that try to verify that everything is working properly in the vehicle. Many emissions tests will merely check the on board computer to see if any faults or incomplete monitor tests are present in the engine's computer. If they are not "completed", then your car will not pass a smog test. The only thing you can do is drive your vehicle sufficiently under various conditions to get the monitors to "set". I would definitely suggest getting with a local shop near you that can help give you advice. Here's a link to shops near you: http://repairpal.com/land+rover-within-10-miles-of-las-vegas-nevada-89119
