Blower motor not turning at all

Hello, I had the ac cranked the other day took a call on the phone when I was done I noticed I had no ac or heat. blower motor not working at all. I have checked the fuse as well as regulator under the hood switch with another with the same part number and did not work. I also cleaned the In cab air filter out. Where can I go from here ? Thanks !
