The back window control on the drivers side panel stopped working

What is your question?

I can roll up the passenger and drivers window but not the back seat ones from the drivers side panel. Why is that? Also, they don't roll down from the back seat panels either. I am also having issues with my moon roof opening. It did for awhile and then stopped one cold winter day. Are the two issues related??
