Why does my range rover have problems accelerating and i hear a really loud fan when i step on the gas

car has trouble accelerating and the fan is super loud? I am trying to determine the cause as i had brought the car back to dealer to fix some scratches and got it back in this condition? please help me
Fan clutch probably bad. Very common depending on the model. Hard to know why it is having accelerating issues without properly diagnosing it. Does it have a check engine light on?
