Why is the coolant disappearing after driving with ac on?

After topping off coolant and driving around town 30-60 mins with ac on, I've noticed after returning home the coolant has gone back to minimum level. There are no signs of leaking, no puddles underneath on the pavement, nor overheating, no smoke of any kind (under hood/tail pipe) nor milky look oil. Neither do the temp guage move beyond normal range (half way)
