What is your question?
2013 Range Rover evoque, when backing into a park I hear a loud horn noise from the rear brakes. Just had brakes and rotors changed last September. They also squeak bad. Is it already time to change them? Why does it make the loud horn noise when backing into a space?
What makes this problem better or worse?
Only when backing into parking space
How long has your 2013 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque had this problem?

Noise does not indicate a need to replace brake components. However, testing may be needed to find out what is happening causing the noise. You could have debris in the area of the wheels and brakes. If all brake pads and brake disc rotors were replaced with original equipment Land Rover parts, and you have a concern, it would be surprising. However, non original components can develop noises. Also, environment can cause noises. Brake pad movement in the calipers can cause noise. Too hard to tell what is going on without a good physical inspection.
