Seems like you may have problem with coolant and fuel temperature. I'd suggest bringing your car to Land Rover specialist that will be able to read live data from both sensors.
Dont take you land Rover to the dealership for these complex problems, they cannot solve them, they overcharge to do basic repairs and gouge you for slightly complex problem, when you try to take the car back they get upset with you as if you are bothering them. I had this problem with Land Rover Encino California, they are terrible, almost $1700.00 worth of repair and diagnostic charge and the intermittent problems persisted, only to be repaired by a regular auto shop in my neighbourhood for aproximately half the cost.
