Hello, unhooking the battery will not "reset computer and key fob". You may lose some adaptive strategy for proper engine running, depending on the duration of the battery cables being off. And, you may lose radio information. The vehicle knows the key information and will not forget that. Have you checked the battery for proper charge and the ability to hold a load?
