What is your question?
I have a 2005 land rover lr3 hse with 160,000 that came from Florida. Great vehicle until weather gets cold here in Michigan. It starts hard, it continues to roll over for a bit and then starts. When warm it starts right up.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Cold temperatures

A cold engine requires different elements compared to a warm engine when starting. For example, a cold engine does not want lots of air to mix with fuel and spark. Too much air will cause it to be hard starting. That said, not enough cold engine fuel pressure will prevent starting, and not enough spark as well. Testing is required to figure out what the problem is at the time the engine is cold, however, symptoms that are less noticeable may also be present at other times.
