2 questions; 1 alarm will go off randomly and 2; my car will gurle and burp occassionally when starting it. I shut it off, restart 2-3 times before it will run smooth again. sometime it will just "die" on the road..

The alarm issue and the running issue sound like separate concerns. For the alarm, something -- like a door perceived to be open by a sensor when it's actually shut can cause the alarm to go off. There are certainly many causes, but troubleshooting must be done to find out what is at fault.
For the engine performance, it sounds like there is something going on with the fuel, ignition or air intake system. It's hard to say which area the concern is in until testing in these areas is performed as well.
