Should i remove the dash

Hello, No, you don't have to remove the dash, but I can see why you would think that/want to. The blower motor has to be disconnected and removed by removing the glove box, the support bracket, a control module, and the gas pedal. Then, there is a dealer specific too to rotate the blower motor like a headlight bulb (counterclockwise) to drop it out of the driver side. Not a fun job. If you choose to go ahead with it, make sure you turn the heater on, and select the recirculate air function. then, turn off the vehicle and remove the ground cable from the battery. Make SURE the battery cable cannot contact the ground post on the battery, and if you remove the battery, have it charged if it is out for a few days, always remove the positive cable last and install the positive cable first.
