Window had been working sporactically. Now it's down and will not go up. I hear a click coming from box behind glove box. Is this a relay switch in side the box?

You need to replace the actuator in the door. It looks like a big metal x and they get bent over time. It's an easy fix and the part is about 60 on atlantic british website. Many videos on you tube show how to do it.
