What is your question?
I have a 2023 Discovery Soory 32,000 miles. I received this warning while driving on the highway this weekend. Went to a shop and they hooked up on a machine to see which brakes and it came up with a code stating software needs to be updated. Have you ever heard of this warning?

Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! Yes! Actually this is more common than you might think on newer Discos! Apparently, a software update causing a false brake warning is a known quirk on several recent Land Rover models. The good news is at 32,000 miles on a 2023 you are almost certainly still under warranty and a software update should be completely covered at no charge. Take it straight to a Land Rover dealer rather than an independent shop for this one since they'll have the proprietary software tools needed to perform the update correctly. Don't let anyone sell you brakes you don't need before that update gets done! Don't panic at the Disco!
