Problem overview

Some Ram 1500 owners report experiencing issues with their GPS clock settings displaying the incorrect Central time zone instead of the Eastern time zone. These problems can occur if the GPS Time feature is not activated, preventing the digital navigation system from adjusting the time automatically based on location. In cases where the GPS setting fails to correct the issue, owners may need to manually adjust the time or select the correct time zone through the vehicle's clock display settings. Additionally, some owners find that performing a soft reset on the Uconnect system can resolve clock display issues. If the "Sync with GPS" option has been previously disabled, re-enabling it may also help the clock adjust correctly to the Eastern time zone.
