Brake pedal may not return properly on Dodge Dynasty

Problem overview

The brake pedal may not return to its fully released position causing the brake lights to stay on. If no brake pedal return spring is installed there is a spring kit available. If the brake pedal return spring does not correct the problem the actuator piston should be replaced.
