OBD-II Code Powertrain Control Module (PCM) failure is defined as a Turbocharger Speed Sensor Circuit High

The Turbocharger is programmed to spin at a certain speed based on the engine's RPM. If the Turbocharger deviates too much from the anticipated speed of rotation, code P2581 will be set.
