P0A14 Severity
Once the vehicle's onboard system no longer detects the issue, most codes will disappear on their own. If your vehicle still has this code, however, it should be properly diagnosed to avoid a more serious problem.

Engine Mounts secure the engine to the body of the vehicle. Usually this is just a rubber dampener. On some newer vehicles, electronically controlled Engine Mounts to reduce the amount of vibration from the engine felt by the driver and passengers. These mounts have a fluid inside of them that changes in viscosity based on the electrical signal received by the engine's control module (PCM). If the PCM detects an incorrect signal back from the front engine mount, the PCM will set code P0A14.
