What causes OBD-II fault code P0946?
The clutch uses hydraulic pressure to engage and disengage the clutch as well as shift gears. The Transmission Control Module uses a relay to control hydraulic pump that produces the pressure in the system. If the relay does not function as requested, code P0946 is stored.
