OBD II Fault Code

  • OBD II P0653

OBD-II Code Engine may not start is defined as a Sensor Reference Voltage "B" Circuit High

The engine control module (PCM) sends out a 5 volt reference signal to all applicable engine sensors. If the PCM detects an issue with this signal, it will set code P0653.
