    OBD-II Code Decreased engine performance is defined as a Fuel System Over Pressure Relief Valve Activated

    The Fuel Pressure Relief valve is designed to release excessive fuel pressure. When the engine control module (PCM) detects the Fuel Pressure Relief Valve is being activated, the PCM will set code P000F.
