I have purchased a mercedes benz CL63 AMG ,END OF 2012 FROM THE COMPANY

BRAND NEW ZERO KILOMETER ,two days refueling ,finished ,started shaking without reason ,only manual 1st gear would make it drive ,my home was close .second day was normal .second week made same thing while driving but said "pop up with a liter of oil in your next refuel" ,which we did ...but still shaking and would not drive normal.took it to the company where they said need formatting .in 15 days did same thing and same remark ,more while driving you would feel a shock as if another car badly hit you from the back.anyway same story kept happening and same statement each 10-15 days while oil is normal ...then maybe their solution was to disable oil sensors because i did not see it anymore.one time my girl forgot the door open ,second day no battery ,called mercedes service guy to replace new one ,upon putting his checking machine he told me there is something wrong with its electricity . took it to the company ,it needed oil while no remark from the machine anymore. one month later the machine dashboard was off ,no light ,took it again ,it was burnt and asked for a new one from mother company and when they opened the cover the engine was full of oil scattered yet oil cover was closed and no hose was burst ..no explanation though .the machine still suddenly shakes like you are hit.before christmas 2014 had complete revision in company last week i was driving ,it completely shut off with check engine sign .was close to the company went there ,the chief tecjnician said ,it is nothing maybe from the fuel a dirt and just went through,..drive it on my responsibility ,no fear ..next week bring her in.. driving on the highway with 160miles/hour it completely shut off ,was terrified ,the steer wheel would not turn ,the brakes would not work...rolled till the push of 160 slowed ,tried to start it ,started after 2 minutes but was fearful on the highway ,they said there is a part which shuts electricity from whole car is dead we need a new one .my machine is only driven 14600km still under warranty of 3 years till end of summer .through 2,5 of owning the car entered 7 times with sometimes serious problems and still ...could there be a defect???
