Oldsmobile Cutlass Leaking Water Pump May Cause Coolant Loss and Overheating
Oldsmobile Cutlass Problem
Average Mileage: 163,500 mi (130,000 mi - 197,000 mi)
I've had this problem twice in the life of the car. I have it in for a tune up and the mechanic recommends I change the water pump.

I've had the waterpump replaced twice. periodically the car will overheat, and then dump a load of coolant. i fill it up, and it acts like normal for a while. then once again, repeats the coolant loss. no leaks, just dumps coolant, and then it's fine for a bit.
