Problem overview

Some Mercedes-Benz E320 owners report experiencing intermittent failures of turn signals, emergency flashers, and wiper operation, which can often be resolved by cleaning the ground connections. These issues may manifest as simultaneous failures of turn signals on both sides, along with the A/C blower motor, while other electrical components continue to function normally. Owners are advised to clean and coat the ground connections with dielectric grease to ensure a good electric current. The ground connections are typically located behind the left/passenger's side turn signal and are usually brown in color. Additionally, cleaning the contacts of specific components like the K26 and N10/2 Combination Relay may help address intermittent wiper operation. By maintaining these connections, owners can potentially resolve these electrical issues effectively.
