The side airbags, mounted in the front seats, may not deploy as expected in the event of a crash.

Nissan will notify owners of affected vehicles beginning March 12, 2012. There may be no symptoms related to this recall, or the airbag warning light could illuminate. If your airbag warning light is on, or you don't receive notification and you feel you should have, please contact your dealer. It’s helpful to have your vehicle identification number (VIN) handy when you call.
