What is your question?
I just had a coolant hose replaced on Friday last week when I picked my car up and drove off I got a warning sign telling me the coolant level was low so I filled up the coolant and now my car is over heating when it's at an idle
What makes this problem better or worse?
Better when I’m driving the level goes down worse when I’m at an idle
How long has your 2008 Land Rover LR2 had this problem?
Just today

Hello, sometimes when a hose is replaced -- or another cooling system component, an air pocket may still be in the cooling system, which can cause overheating symptoms. Hopefully the air was purged when the hose was replaced. If it was not, and the engine overheated, other damage could have also occurred as a result. Have the system checked and purged of any air pockets and recheck -- if it overheats again, normal engine diagnostic testing will be required to find out why.
