Head Gasket Failure on Saab 9-3

Problem Description and Possible Solution

The head gasket can fail causing the coolant and oil to mix in the engine, and external oil leaks around the cylinder head and block. Symptoms can include overheating, white smoke from the tailpipe at start-up or acceleration, and the visible presence of oil in the coolant expansion tank.

Noticed oil leak on garage floor. Fill coolant light also was coming on often. My oil change guy said there was water mixing with oil.
Head gasket leak leaving fluid on the driveway--passenger side of the engine. Whitish smoke from exhaust pipe at startup. Head gasket repairs = $1200.
