My 2012 E550 4Matic all the sudden today when started has NO Sound from AnY Sources and shows "Not Available" on Each Sat/Aux/BluTooth but still shows AM/FM Stations and Info Just Zero "0" Sound and was fine just last night . Very irritating I've already checked ALL fuses in trunk and under hood..
about twice a week sound when car is turned on doesn't work after about 15 minutes it just pops on
The screen for the audio electronics says DEVICE UNAVAILABLE, and none of the audio electronics will work. This can happen at anytime, when you are just starting up or driving down the road. I have recorded this on my cellphone and showed it to the Mercedes service department and they simply said they could not duplicate the issue.
intermittent audio failure; dealer claims it needs MB input to figure out cause and enable warranty repair
