Engine would intermittently stall when driving or fail to start. Fuel pump, sensor, and fuel filter were replaced twice to deal with this problem (at 61K miles and again at 83K miles). It became very sluggish again and stalled AGAIN while driving, and I was rear-ended by a semi when it just quit completely on the highway without warning. My car was totaled...aside from the broken ribs, collarbone, and wrist, it was the best day of my life. The Buick Century is a dangerous car with so many reported and known problems ranging from inconvenient to quite possibly deadly; I'm surprised GM hasn't been sued yet over this vehicle's far, far substandard quality.
Car stalls in drive idles fine replaced fuel system and map sensor plugs and wires. It acks like it's not getting fuel and bogged down be for dies
