Failed Door Ajar Switch Due to Corrosion on Chrysler Sebring

Problem Description and Possible Solution

Corrosion on the door ajar switch can cause the door ajar warning light and dome light to work intermittently or not at all. A new switch (and possibly a new connector) will be needed to fix the issue.

chime first started sounding when driving over rough road, or when making a sharp turn. by 100,000 miles the door adjar light and the chime are flashing on and off constantly, the interior light turns itself on at night occasionally, and the alarm goes off now and then for no reason.
when i open the right door on my convertible the dome lights dont always come on. how do i fix/repalce this?
My door ajar light stays on all the time and my dome light does not work. It has been like this since it had 90,000 miles on it. I lubricated the door lock when it firs started this and it didn't fix it.
