Battery will not hold up under use of radio in Tailgating mode. Will drain the battery in less than an hour.
Who and how is this repaired?
When cars off the radio sounds like the disc is changing and causes battery to die a day after sitting
The car won't start at times but will start right away when jumped started if the battery isn't completely drained. When we took into the dealer they said there was an internal problem with the raido and then wanted over 400 to replace the raido. Well can't afford to have that done right now. They have never said there was a start problem with the caliber at all and from what I have found out that it needs an update and that could fix it. I have already spent almost a thousand dollars trying to find the problem and included replacing the head light switch which they said was the problem. So fustraited about the whole situation that my gray hair is turning more gray by the day. If you have any information that could help me out I would appreciate it.
in the winter ! if car sat all night we had to jump start it in the am ! after reading about radio problems ! I pulled the radio fuse & and no more problems starting in the winter !! but now I have no Radio & to exchange the O.E.M radio is costly !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
due to the security system
