"Crank no Start" Due to Failed Crankshaft Position Sensor on Mercedes-Benz S430

The crankshaft position sensor may fail. Symptoms of this are: The engine will crank—but not start—especially when the engine is warm. The car may start again if it is left to cool off, but it may run roughly or have poor performance.

same problem. Car won't start at a traffic light. Can be restarted after 20 minutes when the engine is coooled down.
Engine will crank, but will not start
Was driving the car, stop at an intersection, car shut off and wont start back. Had it towed. This morning it started. But afraid to drive it.

Just had the sensor replaced for $264.00 Runs like a champ.
Car would stop running. Wouldn't start right away. Started again after 10-15 minuntes. Replaced the Crank Sensor and problem was resolved.

i thought the shaking is due to fuel injector needing to be clean what do you think?
The relay which turns the airmatic suspension pump on may fail causing the pump to run continu...
