Engine drivability problems can be caused by a failing mass air flow sensor.

car backfires, wont start. replaced air mass sensor. works fine now -
poor performance/gas milage. Installed rebuilt mass airflow sensor. It failed very soon after.Bought new. Very easy to install. -
