After riding with the top down, sometimes windows will not go all the way up after putting the top back up. Twice I also had the windows drop to the same height as when door the latch is pulled and cannot be raised to the closed position.

Leaving the condition alone and trying to raise the window up a while later seem to make it work. I have also cycled the top release latch and that sometimes fixes the problem.
